Ingredients

  • 120 grams philadelphia cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp Stevia
  • pinch Cinnamon
  • pinch himalayan salt
  • pinch Xantan Gum
  • 1/4 cup soda water

Instructions

  1. combine all Ingredients and mix with stick blender
  2. cook in pan with some butter and make small pancakes as if to large hard to flip
  3. Enjoy
