  • 100 grams shredded cooked roast chicken I used left overs from a roast dinner
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 bowl cabbage Shredded
  • 2 tsp soy sause
  • 1 dash Chili Powder
  • 1 dash sweetener


  1. Cook off butter in frying pan
  2. Add Shredded Cabbage, Garlic and soften
  3. Add Shredded Cooked Chicken heat through
  4. Add Soy sauce, dash of chili powder and drops of sweetener.
  5. Put in bowl for serving
  6. Fry eggs in pan add dash of salt and add to top of your bowl. Its nice to mix it in when you eat. Enjoy!
