Low Carb Bread Rolls

I adapted this recipe I discovered from Ekaterina Lochoshvili-Griffin from Demark her 5 year old son was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes in the year 2000 read her story here also here is her Facebook page you can like and follow.

This Bread is so amazing and is a fantastic keto friendly alternative to bread.

 

Low Carb Bread Rolls

Prep Time: 40 minutes
Cook Time: 50 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond meal
  • 1/4 cup linseed meal
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 2 tbsp psyllium husk powder
  • 1 tsp pink himalayan salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup boiling water

Instructions

Blend the Ingredients

  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor and give a quick blend then add 1 cup boiling water and blend for a few minutes until combined into a sticky dough.

Shape Rolls

  1. With wet hands take mix and shape into 6 rolls on baking paper and garnish with some Sesame seeds on top.

Put in oven

  1. Place in pre-heated 175 C oven for 45-55 min and Enjoy they can be frozen and used for bread rolls great with Vegemite and butter and very filling.
