This is a great low sugar item to have on hand.
One thing to reiterate is Ketogenic isn’t no sugar at all its extremely low and staying in ketotosis is dose dependant which is also individualised.
Also the fats buffer the impact of the sugar.
Since I personally keep to a max of 11g max of carbs in a meal I only consume 2 squares at a time. (8.8g of carbs)
