Brian Williamson is a husband and father of three. He has been active his whole life (running, martial arts, lifting, etc.). His journey toward a ketogenic lifestyle began with some research into methods to alleviate the affects of epilepsy (one of his children has epilepsy).
That research led him to discover the science behind the ketogenic way of life, and gave him the tools needed to accomplish the health and fitness goals he wanted achieve.
By adopting the ketogenic way of life, he has lost 40 pounds (so far), improved his mental and physical health, and started enjoying life.
