Simple Keto Pancake recipe I whipped up and sprinkled Granulated Stevia and Lemon Juice on this morning.

Keto Pancakes
- 120 grams philadelphia cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp Stevia
- pinch Cinnamon
- pinch himalayan salt
- pinch Xantan Gum
- 1/4 cup soda water
- combine all Ingredients and mix with stick blender
- cook in pan with some butter and make small pancakes as if to large hard to flip
- Enjoy
