Korean Chicken Cabbage
- 100 grams shredded cooked roast chicken (I used left overs from a roast dinner)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 bowl cabbage (Shredded)
- 2 tsp soy sause
- 1 dash Chili Powder
- 1 dash sweetener
- Cook off butter in frying pan
- Add Shredded Cabbage, Garlic and soften
- Add Shredded Cooked Chicken heat through
- Add Soy sauce, dash of chili powder and drops of sweetener.
- Put in bowl for serving
- Fry eggs in pan add dash of salt and add to top of your bowl. Its nice to mix it in when you eat. Enjoy!
